Who needs this?
Any business where people use AI for work, which is now most of them. When each person uses it their own way, the quality of the work varies and nobody decides what goes into the tools. It matters most where you handle information your clients trust you with. If you can't say today which AI tools your team uses and how, start here.
Do we need rules for AI at our size?
If anyone on your team uses ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude for work, AI is already in your business. Clear rules decide which tools, what information goes into them, and what needs a person to check it, so safe, consistent use stops depending on each person. For a small business it is a practical, scoped piece of work, not a compliance department.
Our team already uses ChatGPT or Copilot. Do we have to stop?
No. We help you use them better and more safely: the same tools, used the same way across the team. Where a tool or a habit is putting client data at risk, we say so plainly and set up a safer way to do the same job.
What do the rules actually look like?
Simple rules on what data can and can't go into AI, and a plain-English policy behind them; shared templates for the tasks your team repeats; and secure connections between your AI tools and your own systems, limited to what each person needs. They live inside the tools your team uses, not in a PDF nobody reads.
Can you set up Claude for our company?
Yes. We set Claude up for your business: rules it loads every time, templates for the work your team repeats, and secure connections to your own systems. What it includes comes out of the working sessions, and your written scope sets it out. We do the same for ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini.
We're in a regulated industry. Can you help?
Yes. Healthcare, legal, financial services and insurance are where getting this right matters most. We work alongside your compliance obligations and your own advisers rather than replacing them, and the rules and policy are written to sit with your existing security and privacy practices. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
What happens to our data?
It stays yours. Your rules spell out which information may go into which AI tool, so that question stops being left to each person. Anything we build runs in an environment dedicated to your business, every automated action is logged, and when we host it the AI model calls run through Google Cloud, whose terms bar Google from using your data to train its models. We document where your data goes so you can answer that question for your own clients.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, agreed up front and quoted in your written scope after the first call. It depends on the size of the team and the number of tools involved. The optional periodic review afterwards is priced separately.
