AI Roadmap · for owners who aren't sure where to start

A clear, prioritized plan for where AI will save you the most time and money.

We spend time inside your business, map how work actually gets done, and hand you a ranked plan with a recommended first project. Fixed price, agreed up front.

Works with
Whatever you run on today: your phones, inbox, spreadsheets, booking or job software, and the AI tools your team already uses.
Built around
How your business actually works, not a generic checklist. Every recommendation says what it would save and what it would cost.

Inside your business

What we look at

A list of software tells you very little. What matters is where your team's hours go, and what a machine could take off the list.

How work gets done today

Who does what, in which tools, and where a job gets retyped, copied or chased by hand.

Where AI is already used

Which tools your people use, for what, and on what information, including the accounts nobody signed off on.

Where your data goes

Which customer and business information reaches which AI services, and on what terms those services hold it.

What's already deployed

AI features, integrations and automations already running, reviewed for what they can see and do.

The roadmap

What you get

A walkthrough of your tools and processes

A plain-English map of how work moves through your business today, including the steps nobody wrote down.

A ranked list of opportunities

Every place AI could take work off your team, ranked by hours saved against what it would cost to set up and run.

A recommended first project

The one to do first, with a fixed build price if you want us to build it, and enough detail to take it anywhere.

What the plan is built on

  • A map of how AI is used across the business today: which tools, by whom, and on what data, including the use nobody signed off on
  • A review of your key workflows: where AI helps, where it adds risk or rework, and where it could do more
  • A review of what's deployed today, with the risky parts fixed rather than just flagged

Questions

What people ask about the roadmap

What does a roadmap involve?

It starts with a free 30-minute call. If it is a fit, we sit with the people who do the work and look at how it actually moves and where AI is already part of it: which tools, used by whom, on what information. You get a ranked list of where AI would save the most time and money, a recommended first project, and a fixed price for building it if you want us to. You decide from there.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the team and how many tools are in play, and your written scope gives the dates. It is built to fit around the work: a few focused working sessions with the people who do the job, not weeks of interviews.

What access do you need?

Time with the people who do the work, and a look at the AI tools and settings they use. We ask for the least access that lets us see how things actually run, and you can revoke it when the work is done.

What happens if you find something risky?

We tell you plainly, with what is at stake and what to do about it, ranked by how urgent it is. Where the fix is in scope, we make it rather than just flag it.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, agreed up front and quoted in your written scope after the first call. It depends on the size of the team and how many tools are in play. The plan is yours to keep and take anywhere, whether or not we build what it recommends.

Where does your team's week go?

Book 30 minutes and we'll tell you what a roadmap would look at.
